  33. Yes, you see, after the brilliant #6
  34. »CL1:Kaos Master» wanted new code, but
  35. unfortunately he wanted that code to
  36. be a bit good, namely ham8 graphics &
  37. design, 3 modules AND the gallery
  38. section in one exe-file of about 800
  39. kb. But as »CL1:Modem» is a really bad
  40. coder, he wasn't able to code that,
  41. and this made him really angry at Kaos
  42. Master, and he told him to (this is
  43. his exact words, you see, we have
  44. wired their phones to spot their
  45. weakness): »CL9:"fuck off or code it
  46. yourself"». This sudden strike of
  47. temper from the otherwise quiet Modem
  48. made »CL1:Kaos Master» very, very depressed,
  49. and even though some unsuspecting ex.
  50. »CL1:Ram Jam» coders said that they would
  51. gladly code a new »CL1:Showtime» for him,
  52. not knowing the miracles he expected
  53. them to perform (or perhaps they
  54. wanted to cheer him up), he decided
  55. to quit the diskmagscene, and let
  56. Showtime die forever.

  61. hanging out at the local bar in
  62. »CL5:Besancon», »CL5:France», he noticed that some
  63. guys were looking at him in a kind of
  64. strange way. He was getting rather
  65. drunk at the time, and some of his
  66. friends were already leaving
  67. homewards, but he and a friend had
  68. decided to stay for one final drink.

  70. looking at him for a while, perhaps
  71. wondering what a small spectacled guy
  72. like Napo was doing at a rough place
  73. like that. So the guy asked him if
  74. said "»CL5:YouDirtyMotherfuckingFatFaggot
  75. SonOfABitch»" to him, and being quite
  76. provocative, also when drunk, thus
  77. living up to his famous namebrother,
  78. he said "»CL5:Erm, What??»". The big guy
  79. repeated his question, and »CL5:Napo»
  80. courageously answered "»CL5:Hey, I think
  81. I'm about to leave for home, you can
  82. have my beer»". But no, it was too
  83. late, he was already in the fight.
  84. Luckily he had his friend with him,
  85. and his friend just happens to have
  86. the black belt in karate, so the big
  87. guy was hurt very badly. Now, this was
  88. not so bad in itself, but in the
  89. morning, when the adventures of the
  90. night began to dawn for Napo's
  91. intoxicated brain, there was a heavy
  92. knock on his door. And outside the
  93. door, »CL5:two policemen» were standing,
  94. going to arrest »CL5:Napo» for violence
  95. against a functioning member of the
  96. police. And as we all know, French
  97. police have a lot of power, so
  98. »CL5:Napoleon» is now in jail for more years
  99. than he can count himself.
  100. I guess, to rewrite an old saying,
  101. »CL5:"One man going jail, another mans
  102. gold"». Okay, perhaps this sounds
  103. crappy, but it's still the truth.

  105. »CL0:Now, this takes out the life of our
  106. two main competitors, but I read
  107. somewhere that »CL1:Generation» and
  108. »CL1:Seenpoint» are actually dying too. So
  109. what do we have left?? Some »CL9:strange»
  110. mags like »CL1:Insomnia», »CL1:Pressure»,
  111. »CL1:Deadlock», »CL1:No Sense», »CL1:The Jungle»? If
  112. they're not dead that is.

  117. seen an announcement from »CL1:Magic», which
  118. was spread on the net and the boards
  119. in a 120k textfile. The essence of
  120. that textfile is that »CL1:Magic/Nah-Kolor»
  121. is going to start a new diskmag called
  122. »CL1:"Magic"», a name he is very proud to
  123. have made up, since, as he puts it
  124. himself, »CL1:it makes the reader think of 
  125. him and all the wonderful things he
  126. have done for the scene through all 
  127. those years». The rest of the textfile 
  128. is about »CL1:Magic» and what a »CL1:great guy» he 
  129. is, how many »CL1:girls» he can take home to 
  130. bed in one night, and what a good 
  131. group »CL1:Nah-Kolor» is.
